Uterine Wall of Fame submission form

Below you can submit an IVF success story to the Uterine Wall of Fame (UWOF) โ€” a growing collection of real stories submitted by patients who faced challenging scenarios (described below). Submissions can be anonymous or named, as requested in the form. The UWOF is a project by Remembryo / Embryoman, a site that highlights new IVF research.

Stories may be lightly edited for clarity and readability.

What kind of stories are a good fit for the UWOF?

The UWOF focuses on journeys involving challenges such as:

  • Low AMH / DOR
  • Over age 40 with own eggs
  • Multiple failed transfers or pregnancy losses
  • Poor quality, mosaic, day 3, or other uncommon embryos
  • Embryo arrest or high aneuploidy
  • Endometriosis, fibroids, uterine issues, immune issues, or unexplained infertility
  • Male factor infertility
  • Long or especially difficult IVF journeys

Straightforward journeys, such as a first retrieval leading to several euploid embryos and an immediate live birth, may not be published, as the UWOF focuses on difficult or unusual success stories that bring hope to patients still waiting for theirs.

The focus is on the journey and experience, and not proving a treatment or protocol works. Stories that promote specific treatments, clinics, or protocols may be edited.

Please wait until after 12 weeks pregnant before submitting.

If youโ€™re unsure whether your story fits, feel free to email me at embryoman@remembryo.com before submitting.

Please write at least 300 words (about 3โ€“4 short paragraphs). Include details like:

  • how long you tried
  • diagnosis
  • retrievals/transfers
  • biggest challenges
  • important decisions
  • outcome

More detail helps others better understand your journey.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: For longer stories, consider writing in Notes, Word, or Google Docs first, then paste it into the form to avoid losing your work.
